Booking Policy

1. Reservation

Reservations are confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay.

2. Payment

We accept payment by credit/debit card via our secure payment provider, or by bank transfer. Bank transfer reservations must be settled within 48 hours of booking.

3. Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival — full refund.
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival — 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show — non-refundable.

4. Modifications

Date changes are accommodated based on availability and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

5. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) we will work with you to reschedule your stay or issue a credit voucher valid for 12 months.
