Terms & Conditions — Sea View Kallisto

By booking a stay at Sea View Kallisto – Mastiha Grove Suite (the "Property"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A valid payment method or bank transfer is required to confirm a reservation. Prices are quoted per night in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.

3. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for keeping the Property in good condition. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are accepted only by prior arrangement.

4. Liability

The host is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay, except in cases of proven negligence.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chios.
